                    Crab Stuff


Ingredients

2 ounces green bell pepper, diced

  • .166 cup chicken broth
  • .166 cup 1% milk
  • ⅛ cup grated fat-free Parmesan cheese
⅛ pound crabmeat
1 cup uncooked white rice
  • 2 cups water
  • ½ cup frozen green peas
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 tablespoons onion, diced


Preparation

01.
Bring water to a boil in a pan. Stir after adding the rice and frozen peas. Regain a boil over the water, then turn down the heat. For 20 minutes, simmer with a cover on.

Melt the butter in a medium pan, then add the minced garlic and onion. Sauté onions until they are translucent. Add the crab and stir the mixture slightly. Bell peppers, chicken broth, milk, and parmesan are all stirred in.

Turn the heat off after bringing to a boil. After finished, serve with rice.
