Beef with Potatoes and Mushrooms



Ingredients

chili peppers - 2, whole
garlic - 7 cloves
tomatoes - 5 - 6 or 2 cups grated tomato paste
salt
black pepper
paprika
parsley - for sprinkling
beef - about 2 lb (1 kg)
oil - ½ cup
mushrooms - 10.5 oz (300 g)
potatoes - 4
onions - 2 heads

Preparation

Beef should be cut into pieces and fried in oil. Next, add and cook the rinsed and sliced mushrooms, followed by the finely chopped onion. Add salt, then pour boiling water over the top so that it flows over the meat. Over medium heat, bring the dish to a boil.

Add the entire garlic cloves, diced potatoes, grated tomatoes, or tomato paste after everything is halfway cooked. Add additional boiling water to the pot as needed.

Put a cover on the saucepan and let the potatoes simmer until tender. Add paprika, black pepper, and parsley, which has been finely chopped, to taste.
